[edit] Microbial Genome Informatics Laboratory
We are focussed on elucidating mechanisms of host-pathogen interactions and pathogen specific adaptations. We combine comparative
genomic approaches and experimental information from large scale genomic studies like microarrays, proteomics to identify and
characterize novel adaptive features in pathogenic bacteria.
We use Listeria monocytogenes EGDe as a model pathogen.
